By using iamdrvikki.com and purchasing any MMCE product or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms govern all transactions, digital downloads, coaching engagements, physical products, and community participation.

2. Refund & Dispute Policy

Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products (ebooks, workbooks, guides, journals, and downloadable content), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been delivered or accessed.
We stand behind the quality of every MMCE product. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchased download, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.
Coaching & Cohort Programs (Soft Power Architecture™)
Coaching investments are non-refundable once a session has been held or a cohort has commenced. If you need to cancel, the following credit policy applies:
- Cancellations made 7+ days before cohort start: full credit toward a future cohort
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before cohort start: 50% credit toward a future cohort
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of cohort start: no credit or refund
Chargebacks & Disputes
We take fraud seriously. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is a violation of these terms. If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, we reserve the right to contest it fully and report fraudulent activity to the payment processor. Please reach out — we are always willing to work with you directly.

3. Return Policy

Digital Products
Digital products are non-returnable. Once a file has been delivered to your email or made accessible via your account, it cannot be returned. This policy exists because digital files cannot be “given back” once accessed.
Exception: If you were charged for a product you did not receive, contact us within 7 days for a full resolution.
Vikki V’s Healthy Hair — Physical Products
We want you to love your Vikki V’s Healthy Hair products. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of tampering are not eligible for return due to health and safety standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return

Please allow 3–5 business days for a response. Approved returns will receive a return authorization and mailing instructions. Refunds for eligible physical product returns will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

4. Cancellation Policy

Digital Products
Digital product purchases are one-time transactions and do not require cancellation. If you have a payment plan, you may cancel at any time by contacting support — however, no refunds will be issued for payments already processed.
Coaching Sessions
If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 coaching session:
- 48+ hours notice: Full reschedule at no charge
- 24–47 hours notice: One courtesy reschedule allowed per engagement
- Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: Session is forfeited with no reschedule or refund
Soft Power Architecture™ Cohort
Please refer to Section 2 (Refund & Dispute Policy) for full cohort cancellation terms.
Payment Plans
If you are enrolled in a payment plan for any MMCE program, cancellation does not release you from the remaining balance owed for services already rendered or content already delivered. Outstanding balances remain due.

5. Shipping Policy — Vikki V’s Healthy Hair

Processing Time
All physical orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes
- Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days after processing
- International: 10–21 business days after processing (customs delays may apply)
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Vikki V’s Healthy Hair is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or delays due to customs.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, Vikki V’s Healthy Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier and check with neighbors before reaching out to us.
