Is this tech support?

No. This is a strategy service. Tier 3 includes one additional follow-up call for clarification and check-in, but it is not ongoing support, troubleshooting, or done-for-you setup.

What happens after I purchase?

You will receive an intake form. Once I review it, I will send scheduling instructions for your session.

How long does it take to receive the report?

Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients receive their custom report within 48 hours after the session.

Is this only for online businesses?

Can I add a follow-up call later if I choose Tier 2?
